مركز حاضنات الاعمال-بلدية الخليل هو قسم من اقسام بلدية الخليل يرعى حديثي التخرج من الجامعات في كل من القطاع الاكاديمي والقطاع المهني والشركات الحديثة التأسيس، فيقدم لهم يد المساعدة في مراحلهم الاولية ليكونوا شركات قابلة للاستمرار والنمو والتطور، لتمكين الشباب من تأسيس مشاريع صغيرة وريادية متميزة جاذبة للدخل وللحد من نسبة البطالة بين فئة الشباب وتعزيزاً  لمساهمتهم في التنمية الاقتصادية ، حيث يوفر مركز حاضنات الاعمال التدريبات اللازمة والمكان المناسب والاستشارات الأدارية والفنية والمتابعة المستمرة للمشاريع  والمساعدة في ايجاد مصادر التمويل. 

الأهداف :

• توفير بيئة إيجابية لاحتضان الأفكار الاستثمارية الإبداعية والأعمال الرائدة للطلاب والخريجين والشركات حديثة النشوء. 
• رعاية الأفكار المحتضنة حتى تصبـح واقعـاً ملموسـاً. 
• تكويـن جيـل من العصـامييـن قـادراً على إيجاد فـرص عمـل استثمارية له ولغيره. 
•  خلق فرص عمل للخريجين من جميع القطاعات. 
• رفـع مسـتوى الوعـي لـدى المجتمع بأهمـيـة قـطـاع المنشـآت الصغيـرة والمتوسـطة. 
•   التنمية المستدامة للاقتصاد في مدينة الخليل. 
• اتاحة فرص البحث والتطوير 
•             توفير كافة التدريبات اللازمة لإنشاء ونجاح الاعمال.

Hebron Business Incubator Center (HEBIC) is a department that Hebron Municipality has established to improve the growth of local industry and attract investments, through the development of innovation activities. 

It is a dynamic process of business development that will nurture fresh graduates in both Academic and vocational specialties and young firms, helping them to survive in their early stage. 

Vision 

To incubate both investment and entrepreneurial ideas of students, university graduates and new firms, nurture them to reach the sustainable economic development of Hebron
